These meters and end points read through cellular towers and can pull the meter reading up to 4 times a day. They also have an app or website for our customers to load so they can watch their own water usages. This app or website will also alert you if you have a leak. We are just in the beginning phase of this transition, but will be mailing out these pamphlets to our customers that now have the new "smart" meter. Read more
